Bookings are only secured on receipt of 50% deposit with remaining 50% due on arrival.

Late check in and check out options need to be arranged in advance.

We regret that pets are strictly not allowed with the exception of guide dogs.

No smoking is permitted in the rooms.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-arrival or early departure will be subject to the full booking amount.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to 25% of the booking amount (50% deposit held).

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are subject to 50% of the booking amount (deposit held).
Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival are subject to 100% of the booking amount.
